Recently certified in EMDR therapy, which is noted for its effectiveness in addressing trauma, Ryan combines this approach with Somatic and Attachment Focused (SAFE) EMDR, integrating mindfulness and body awareness into his practice. Having personally encountered depression, anxiety, and attachment-related trauma, Ryan's own healing journey fuels his passion for supporting others in their paths towards growth and recovery.
