Skill Building & Supported Employment Program

In Detroit, MI, the Skill Building & Supported Employment Program is dedicated to empowering adults with developmental disabilities by providing transformative opportunities to enhance their skills and foster independence. Our program focuses on breaking down societal barriers and promoting personal growth through a variety of services. Participants can engage in self-care training, nutritional education, computer skills development, community service with the Kiwanis/Aktion Club, and personal safety workshops. We also offer art and craft classes as well as vocational skills training to prepare individuals for job placement.
