Skill Building & Supported Employment Program

In Dearborn, MI, the Skill Building & Supported Employment Program is dedicated to empowering adults with developmental disabilities by providing them with the resources and experiences necessary to challenge societal barriers and enhance their skills. Our mission is to foster independence and growth through a variety of initiatives, including personal care, nutrition education, detailed computer skills training, and opportunities for community service through partnerships like the Kiwanis/Aktion Club. Participants can engage in personal and community safety education, develop hobbies such as arts and crafts, and acquire essential work skills that open the door to employment. For those receiving Medicaid, we cover all program fees, ensuring that everyone has the chance to thrive.
