MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Clarkston, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management solutions that meet their unique needs. We offer a variety of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those seeking a self-guided approach. For Veterans who require additional assistance, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
