MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Burton, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to address obesity among Veterans by providing annual screenings at VA facilities and connecting individuals to various support options tailored to their unique needs. We offer a variety of care alternatives, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans also have access to the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, weight loss medications, and bariatric surgery for those who may need additional help after participating in the program.
