Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our community in Brighton, MI, by providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to those in need. We cater to eligible clients enrolled in Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals seeking self-pay options. Our meals, thoughtfully designed by a Registered Dietitian, support various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, all while being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We work closely with Case Managers to determine eligibility for meal delivery, ensuring that those who qualify receive crucial nutritional support. For those without coverage, our affordable self-pay option at only $7.75 per meal offers convenience and choice, allowing individuals and caregivers to select every meal and delivery that best suits their needs. Additionally, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, reinforcing our commitment to accessible nutrition care for all.
