Home Delivered Meals, operated by Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Bloomfield Hills, MI, specializes in delivering nutritious meals tailored to meet the dietary needs of individuals eligible for Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and Older Americans Act programs. Our Home Delivered Meal program is designed to promote health and well-being, offering meals created by Registered Dietitians to address various medical conditions including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We ensure that our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, making them suitable for a wide range of dietary needs. For those who do not qualify for government assistance, we also provide a self-pay option at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal.
