MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Benton Harbor, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through targeted weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and connected to personalized weight management services that align with their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Additionally, the MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to take charge of their weight management journey independently. For those facing ongoing challenges with overweight or weight-related issues, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
