MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Battle Creek, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and lives of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and obesity prevention. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and connected to tailored weight management services that meet their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home support. Additionally, for those who prefer a self-guided approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. We also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need more intensive help after engaging with our programs.
