At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Battle Creek, MI, we are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program. Our nutrition-focused meals, crafted by Registered Dietitians, cater to the unique needs of clients covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act, as well as those seeking self-pay options. With a menu designed to support various medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure, our meals are tailored to ensure a balanced and healthy diet, free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We invite individuals and caregivers to reach out to their Case Managers or local Area Agency on Aging to learn about eligibility for meal delivery services, while those interested in self-pay can enjoy personalized meal choices at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. In addition to our meal service, we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling. By prioritizing nutrition and convenience, we aim to support our clients in their journey toward better health.
