Stefanie Cohen, MA, RSME, specializes in empowering creative explorers such as artists, healers, clergy, and teachers in their journeys towards authenticity and meaning. Through her collaboration, clients are invited to engage in an exploration of sensation and imagery, aligning them with their wise bodies and fostering self-compassion and curiosity. Stefanie is committed to listening closely to her clients' needs, helping them access resources for vitality and wellness, and providing support in processing grief and loss. While she does not function as a psychotherapist, her work can complement the sessions with a licensed therapist, enabling clients to connect deeply with their bodies and uncover new insights. With a rich background in Somatic Movement Education, Stefanie uses various mind-body-spirit disciplines to promote awareness, agency, joy, and healing. She facilitates individual, partner, and group sessions, nurturing keen physical awareness and mindful presence that enhances both emotional well-being and creative expression. Having been an artist, movement teacher, and somatic practitioner for decades, Stefanie focuses on the intersections of embodiment, creativity, contemplation, and mystery. Her experience includes serving in hospice care, where she offered hands-on support to terminally-ill clients and their families, in addition to her work as a performing artist and curator who engages in community teaching and co-creation.
