Healthy Living Program

The Healthy Living Program, based in Allen Park, MI, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellness of residents throughout Wayne County. We offer a variety of services, including engaging fitness and nutrition classes, informative workshops on healthy cooking, and sessions focused on mental health awareness. Our mission is to empower the community with knowledge and resources to lead healthier lives. While all our services are currently being provided remotely due to COVID-19, we welcome participants from beyond Wayne County who are interested in our virtual classes.
