Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals in Adrian, MI, through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals program. We cater to eligible clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals are thoughtfully crafted by a Registered Dietitian to meet the unique nutritional needs of each client, ensuring support for various health conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We proudly offer meals free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. N4L also provides assistance to Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients and self-pay individuals, making quality meal delivery accessible to everyone. For those who wish to enjoy the convenience of home-delivered meals without qualifying for assistance, our affordable self-pay option is available at just $7.75 per meal. Additionally, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, further reinforcing our commitment to personalized nutrition care.
