The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Program in Westminster, MD, is dedicated to enhancing the health and nutrition of women, infants, and children up to age 5. Our mission is to provide critical food assistance through the distribution of healthy foods, alongside comprehensive nutrition education, breastfeeding support, and vital referrals to additional health programs. Tailored specifically for Carroll County residents, we are here to support pregnant women, new mothers, breastfeeding moms, babies, and young children. To access our services, individuals must visit our office with essential documents including identification, proof of address, proof of income, proof of pregnancy, and immunization records.
