MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Westminster, MD, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored treatment options that meet their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of care options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer more autonomy, the MOVE! Coach mobile app allows Veterans to manage their weight independently. We also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans continuing to face challenges with weight-related issues.
