Hammy's Heart is dedicated to supporting families of critically ill children in Westminster, MD, by alleviating some of the financial burdens they face. Understanding the overwhelming stress that comes with a child's illness, we provide essential food assistance through gift cards that help cover grocery bills. Our mission is to ensure that families can meet the basic need of feeding their loved ones during such challenging times. To participate in our program, families must fulfill medical requirements verified by a doctor, with referrals from social workers or healthcare providers required for assistance. At Hammy's Heart, we believe that no family should have to struggle with hunger while caring for a sick child, and we are here to provide that critical support.
