At Carroll County Food Sunday in Westminster, MD, we are dedicated to alleviating hunger by providing essential food assistance to those in need within our community. Our program allows residents to access emergency food through weekly visits, ensuring families receive nutritious groceries to meet their dietary needs. Clients are welcomed into our warm, supportive environment, where they simply need to bring required documentation to enroll in our system. Once registered, they can choose from a variety of carefully selected food items, packed by our dedicated volunteers under the guidance of a nutritionist to promote a balanced diet. We are grateful to our community partners, including local grocery stores and donors, who contribute baked goods and other necessities, allowing us to offer a wider selection and support to our clients. Together, we are working towards a hunger-free Carroll County.
