Desney Bowen is a compassionate and skilled counselor holding a Master's degree and licensed as a LCPC. With a deep commitment to supporting adults, she specializes in addressing key issues such as marital and premarital relationships, anxiety, and trauma, including PTSD. Desney employs a diverse range of therapeutic modalities, including Culturally Sensitive approaches, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). She also utilizes her expertise in Trauma-Focused therapy, Family and Marital therapy, and the Gottman Method.
