Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)

The Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP) in Waldorf, MD, is committed to supporting food insecure, limited-resource families and youth by providing essential nutrition education. Through hands-on workshops and tailored lessons, participants gain valuable skills to prepare nutritious meals on a budget, make healthier choices at home and during shopping, and enhance their overall food security. Our culturally sensitive approach includes delivering a series of 10-12 engaging lessons, available in both English and Spanish, ensuring accessibility for all.
