Located in Waldorf, MD, Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program designed to support cancer survivors who have recently completed treatment. While primarily geared towards individuals within the last 24 months of their treatment journey, our resources and guidance are beneficial at any stage of survivorship. We focus on empowering our participants through comprehensive nutritional support, tailored exercise programs, and essential education on emotional health and medical management. Our mission is to help survivors navigate life after cancer with practical tools and a caring community.
