The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), referred to as the Food Supplement Program (FSP) in Maryland, is dedicated to supporting low-income families in Upper Marlboro by ensuring they have access to nutritious food. Our mission is to empower individuals and households to maintain a healthy diet through essential food assistance, providing monthly benefits that are conveniently distributed via an Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT) card, resembling a bank debit card. With the aim of enhancing food security, SNAP/FSP plays a crucial role in helping families buy the food they need to thrive.
