Americans Helping Americans, located in Upper Marlboro, MD, is dedicated to supporting families and children in Appalachia through vital emergency assistance and essential resources. Our mission focuses on providing food assistance, including a robust monthly and supplemental food program and food pantry repair, ensuring that no family goes hungry. We also supply school supplies, clothing, hygiene items, and engage in home repair efforts to improve living conditions. Additionally, we support youth enrichment projects that promote education and growth, empowering the Appalachian community by providing access to the items and support that families need to thrive.
