Trisha Chason

Trisha Chason is a compassionate counselor with a Master’s degree in Education and credentials as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). She understands that being human can be challenging, often leading individuals to seek support during difficult times. Working with adults aged 16 and older, Trisha specializes in helping those grappling with anxiety, trauma, substance use, relationships, or life transitions. Her approach emphasizes mindfulness-based practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other effective modalities tailored for individual needs. Trisha focuses on creating a safe and non-judgmental environment, where clients can explore their situations, thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Through collaborative efforts, she helps clients map their current struggles and chart a course toward more flexible and functional living. Moreover, as a certified health coach and yoga teacher, Trisha integrates mind and body practices with therapeutic techniques, aiming to empower clients to develop practical goals, problem-solving strategies, and skills that foster healthy growth and transformative change. Each session with Trisha aims to cultivate a sense of accomplishment as clients gain new insights and skills through practice both in and out of the therapy room.
