Sharon Bolden

Sharon Bolden is a dedicated counselor and therapist specializing in assisting adults facing co-occurring disorders, gambling addiction disorders, substance use disorders, and mental health challenges. With a strong belief in the Patient-Centered approach, Sharon integrates evidence-based methods including Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in her practice. Her extensive training in MI uniquely positions her to support individuals with gambling disorders and their families effectively.
