Patricia Kevin Odean

Patricia Kevin Odean, a licensed counselor with credentials as an MS, LCPC, and NCC, understands the struggles of feeling stuck or caught in a cycle of unfulfilling emotional experiences. She believes that every individual is on a unique journey, striving to make the most of their lives amid life's challenges. Patricia recognizes how people can become entrenched in limiting patterns of behavior and thought, and she assures clients that they are not bound to remain in these cycles forever. Her relational psychotherapy approach engages the holistic aspects of the heart, mind, and body. With a focus on specialties such as relational issues, life transitions, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, addictions, and trauma, she passionately works with couples to enhance their relationships and find renewed connection. Trained in Level 2 AEDP and with Phase 1 training in Brainspotting, Patricia fosters a non-judgmental and ‘safe’ environment where clients can challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviors, paving the way towards increased integrity and vibrancy in their lives. She is dedicated to helping individuals break free from stagnant behaviors and discover their capacity for change.
