Daphne Reinhart

Daphne Reinhart, LCPC, understands that there are times when everyone may need extra support—a compassionate guide through life’s challenges and a partner in enhancing overall well-being. She believes that therapy is a collaborative journey, where the therapist and client team up to explore the client’s inner world, cultivate insight, and deepen self-understanding through a compassionate, strength-based approach. With extensive experience, Daphne works with clients facing issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, self-esteem challenges, stress management, trauma, life transitions, and family conflicts. Additionally, her proficiency extends to helping adolescents and adults who are struggling with eating disorders. Before becoming a licensed psychotherapist, she was a Certified Athletic Trainer, working with high school and college student-athletes, particularly focusing on college ballet dancers. Having been a ballet dancer herself from the age of six through college, Daphne has a profound understanding of the common challenges faced by artists and competitive athletes. Her approach is rooted in Mindfulness-Based therapies, Integrative, Humanistic, Psychodynamic, and Interpersonal modalities, making her well-equipped to support individuals during their personal journeys.
