Home Delivered Meals, located in Towson, MD, is dedicated to supporting individuals facing critical and life-threatening illnesses by providing free, medically appropriate meals tailored to their needs. Our service covers Baltimore City and 14 surrounding Maryland counties, delivering up to 18 nutritious meals weekly, along with a bag of fresh fruits and produce to promote health and wellness. Beyond just food assistance, we aim to combat isolation by offering a warm visit and care to those we serve, showing them they are valued members of our community. To access our services, clients must be referred by their primary care provider, and we welcome the opportunity to nourish both body and spirit through our compassionate support.
