Gabrielle Kilgore

Gabrielle Kilgore is a compassionate Clinical Social Worker and therapist dedicated to guiding individuals and couples through their healing journeys. She understands that life inevitably includes struggles and pain, yet believes that therapy can be a powerful catalyst for transformation, fostering deeper connections with oneself and with others. Specializing in the unique needs of teenagers, adults, and elders, Gabrielle is Level III certified in Sensorimotor Psychotherapy with extensive training in trauma-focused therapy. She skillfully utilizes a blend of mindfulness-based practices, somatic therapies, and other integrative approaches to address issues such as trauma and PTSD, relationship challenges, and women's issues. Gabrielle invites her clients to examine how their past experiences influence their current thoughts and behaviors. In a nurturing environment, she fosters self-compassion—the cornerstone of genuine joy—and encourages clients to rediscover their innate strength. Together, they embark on a journey to explore new possibilities and intentionally create a fulfilling path forward.
