Wellspring Psychotherapy is led by Chris Peckham, LCPC, NCC, a dedicated Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over 14 years of experience working with teens and young adults. Before establishing this meaningful practice, Chris gained invaluable experience in diverse environments such as summer camps, wilderness therapy, therapeutic boarding schools, and intensive outpatient programs (IOPs). Through roles as a Mentor, Therapist, Clinical Director, Executive Director, and program Founder, Chris has concentrated his efforts on facilitating a smooth transition to independence for adolescents and young adults. His strength-based approach, paired with training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and solution-focused therapy, enables clients to reassess their self-worth and cultivate essential self-efficacy, motivation, and confidence. Remarkably adept at connecting with difficult-to-reach youths, Chris empowers them to develop both confidence and competence, allowing them to forge ahead constructively in life. Specializing in issues related to ADHD, anxiety, and depression, Chris is committed to fostering a supportive environment where young individuals can thrive.
