At the Washington DC VA Medical Center in Takoma Park, MD, we are dedicated to meeting the comprehensive health needs of our nation's Veterans. Our compassionate team provides a wide array of services, including invasive and noninvasive cardiology, home-based primary care, women’s health, MRI and PET/CT imaging, interventional radiology, renal care, trauma services, nutritional support, and substance abuse treatment. Additionally, we offer specialized programs such as homeless outreach, compensated work therapy, recreation therapy, and alternative therapies, all within an environment that emphasizes commitment and service. We also ensure accessible health management through telehealth services. Veterans are encouraged to enroll in the VA Health Care System and can initiate this process by submitting an Application for Health Care Benefits, which can be completed online or in person at our center.
