Teal Comfort for the Soul in Takoma Park, MD, is dedicated to providing essential meal delivery services for women battling ovarian cancer, ensuring they receive nourishing, warm meals in the comfort of their homes. This community-driven program, part of the National Ovarian Cancer Coalition (NOCC), aims to alleviate some of the burdens faced by patients during their treatment journey, allowing them to focus on their health and recovery. While we strive to meet the needs of all in our service area, high demand may lead to waitlisting, highlighting the urgent need for continued support and funding to expand our services. Our mission is to offer care and comfort through food assistance, making a difference in the lives of ovarian cancer patients and their families.
