Groceries-to-Go (GTG)

Groceries-to-Go (GTG) is a compassionate food assistance program based in Takoma Park, MD, dedicated to supporting individuals facing life-challenging illnesses by providing free, medically tailored meal delivery services. Our commitment is to ensure that access to nutritious food is not a barrier, which is why we impose no income or insurance requirements for our clients. Every other week, we deliver groceries designed with care, including eight specialized meal plans tailored to various dietary needs, such as vegetarian, renal, no dairy, no fish, diabetic, heart-healthy, and shelf-stable options. We also offer flexibility by allowing the combination of up to three different meal plans to create a personalized experience that meets the unique requirements of each recipient.
