Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to eligible clients in Suitland, MD, offering a practical solution to those covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act. Our program ensures that each meal is crafted by a Registered Dietitian, tailored to meet the specific nutrient requirements for general health and various medical conditions, such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We focus on dietary needs, ensuring our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. N4L caters to Medicaid and Older American Act recipients, and we encourage individuals to consult their Case Managers or local Area Agencies on Aging for eligibility insights. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, we assist those whose plans include meal options, particularly in PPO plans. We also offer a self-pay program for those not qualifying for assistance, allowing complete choice over meal selection for just $7.75 per meal, plus a shipping fee. In addition, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, further enhancing our commitment to health and nutrition.
