Located in Stevensville, MD, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to promoting health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals program. We specialize in providing nutritious, medically tailored meals designed by a Registered Dietitian, catering to various health needs including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure, while ensuring our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. Our services are available to Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports participants, and individuals seeking self-pay options. We aim to support those eligible by offering guidance on meal delivery benefits through Case Managers or local agencies. With our affordable self-pay program priced at just $7.75 per meal, everyone can access the convenience and health benefits of home-delivered meals. N4L also provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support community health needs.
