Amy Mann is a compassionate clinical social worker and therapist dedicated to creating a supportive and collaborative therapeutic environment. In her practice, she partners with clients to explore their unique life circumstances, needs, and goals for therapy. Through the therapeutic relationship, Amy guides clients in healing from complex trauma, managing symptoms, navigating challenging situations, and achieving a deeper understanding of themselves and their connections with others. Her eclectic therapeutic approach encompasses Trauma-Informed Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, person-centered therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. Specializing in work with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, as well as LGBT+ clients, Amy has extensive experience helping adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, difficult life transitions, substance abuse, and various mental health issues. She is also committed to supporting multicultural, immigrant, and international populations in their therapeutic journeys.
