Supporting Maryland Breast Cancer Families is dedicated to enhancing the lives of breast cancer patients and their families throughout Silver Spring, MD, by removing barriers to treatment and providing essential support. Our mission is to ensure that no family faces this journey alone, offering practical assistance where it matters most. We provide comprehensive services in three key areas: Treatment Transportation, which includes taxi vouchers, gas cards, and metro passes; Family Support, offering help with meals, house cleaning, rent, and childcare; and Medical Services & Related Therapies, covering costs for chemotherapy, medical co-payments, and supportive therapies like acupuncture and massage. We are here to help Maryland families navigate their challenges with care and compassion, ensuring they receive the resources necessary for a better quality of life during their treatment journey.
