The Food Pantry at Allen Chapel African Methodist Episcopal Church in Silver Spring, MD, is dedicated to providing vital food assistance to our community. We welcome individuals and families from all walks of life, including low-income families, single parents, senior citizens, unemployed individuals, disabled veterans, and the working poor, ensuring that no one is turned away. Our program offers essential emergency food every second and fourth Saturday of the month from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. for those who need it most. To access our services, simply bring a government-issued ID to confirm your residency in Maryland. Together, we're committed to meeting the basic nutritional needs of our neighbors.
