Located in Silver Spring, MD, the PDG Case Management program is dedicated to connecting individuals with vital resources and ensuring access to the benefits they deserve. We also facilitate energy assistance, medical and dental care, psychiatric care, substance abuse treatment, medication management, and vocational training.
