Traci Brautigan

Traci Brautigan, LCADC, is a dedicated therapist who feels privileged to work with clients during some of the most challenging times of their lives. She journeys alongside them through recovery, healing, change, and the path toward self-awareness. Traci's goal is to empower each individual to discover their strength, purpose, and restoration. She employs a diverse array of therapeutic interventions tailored to address complex issues such as trauma, PTSD, and relationship difficulties. Her methods include trauma-focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness practices, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), and various creative modalities like meditation and guided imagery. These approaches help restore balance and a sense of inner peace for her clients. Traci is committed to ensuring that clients feel affirmed, relaxed, and comfortable during their sessions. With a Master's in Social Work from the University of Maryland, where she graduated with Distinguished Honors, Traci has accumulated fifteen years of valuable experience in the mental health and substance abuse fields. She specializes in guiding individuals and couples through issues related to bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, substance use, and more, fostering personal growth and healing.
