At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) in Severna Park, MD, we are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of our community through our Home Delivered Meals program. We specialize in providing Medically Tailored Meals designed by Registered Dietitians, ensuring that our meals meet the specific nutrient requirements for optimal health, addressing conditions like Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are carefully crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, making them suitable for a variety of dietary needs. Eligible recipients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act can access our nutritious meals, while individuals may also choose our self-pay option for just $7.75 per meal. We encourage those unsure about their eligibility for home-delivered meals to connect with their Case Manager, Medicaid provider, or local Area Agency on Aging. N4L is committed to providing not just meals, but also Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling, aimed at supporting a healthier, longer life for all our clients.
