MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in Rosedale, MD, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to provide every Veteran with the opportunity to receive annual screenings for obesity and connect them to personalized weight management services tailored to their unique needs. We offer a variety of care options, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! that allows for in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may need further assistance. Our services are thoughtfully designed to empower Veterans on their weight management journey, ensuring they have the tools and support necessary to achieve their health goals.
