The THRIVE Program in Rockville, MD, is dedicated to empowering individuals affected by Hepatitis C and HIV through comprehensive prevention, treatment, and management services. Our mission is to provide accessible outpatient health services, including primary care and specialized HIV care, alongside compassionate medical case management both in-clinic and within the community. We prioritize holistic health by offering mental health care and outpatient treatment for substance use disorders, including Suboxone® prescriptions. Understanding the importance of nutrition in health, we also provide medical nutritional therapy and facilitate access to our food bank and home-delivered meals. Additional support services include legal assistance, transportation tokens, help with health insurance premiums, and emergency financial aid for medications, ensuring that our clients receive the vital resources they need to thrive in their everyday lives.
