Each participant is matched with a dedicated mental health coordinator, ensuring personalized care and guidance. Our comprehensive services include a vibrant Day Program designed to foster social interaction and coping skills, a Health and Wellness Program that promotes both physical and mental wellbeing, and access to virtual telehealth appointments. We also provide ongoing support to help consumers identify and coordinate resources addressing various needs such as substance abuse, housing, and employment.
