Yaoying Aichele is a compassionate licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC, LMHC) who understands how challenging it can feel to be stuck in a dilemma, trapped within one's emotional confines. Her passion for helping individuals and couples navigate through issues such as depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship concerns, parenting, self-esteem, and feelings of emptiness shines through in her work. With over twenty years of experience across four countries (USA, Singapore, New Zealand, and China), Yaoying connects deeply with diverse populations, offering bilingual support in English and Mandarin. She is an EFT-trained therapist dedicated to restoring damaged relationships and empowering clients to foster growth and health in their lives. By creating a safe, nurturing environment, she utilizes strength-based, evidence-based interventions, including emotionally focused therapy (EFT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavioral therapy (BT), and attachment and existential theories.
