Sasha Hileman, a dedicated psychologist holding a PsyD, is deeply committed to providing psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and families. Their clinical approach is rooted in collaboration, non-judgment, and empathy, creating a welcoming space for emotional growth. Utilizing a multidisciplinary and integrated methodology, Sasha employs evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, to effectively address a wide array of challenges. Specializing in the assessment and treatment of children and adolescents with Autism, ADHD, depression, anxiety, oppositional behaviors, and academic difficulties, Sasha works closely with families, offering education, support, and essential skills to aid in their child’s treatment journey. They also conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations that assess cognitive, academic, social-emotional, attention, and various neuropsychological capabilities. A certified professional on the ADOS-2, Sasha has extensive experience diagnosing Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities. As an active member of the American Psychological Association, Maryland Psychological Association, and Division 53: Society of Clinical Child & Adolescent Psychology, Sasha is consistently advancing their practice to better assist their clients.
