Dorothy Doyle is a compassionate Marriage & Family Therapist (MA, LCMFT) dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families through their unique challenges. Known for her warm and engaging demeanor, Dorothy quickly establishes a trusting environment that allows clients to feel at ease. With a rich background working with diverse populations in outpatient mental health clinics, county counseling programs, and expressive arts agencies, she brings a wealth of experience to her practice. Holding a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy as well as another in Theatre Education, Dorothy draws upon her creative skills to find innovative solutions tailored to her clients' needs. Specializing in relationship issues, family conflict, and infertility, her personal and professional experiences fortify her ability to guide clients through the complexities of family building and loss. Dorothy employs a blend of therapeutic modalities such as Mind-body Integration, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) while incorporating creative techniques. These include role playing, conflict resolution, and the use of music and art to help clients process emotions and discover paths forward. Additionally, she integrates relaxation and breathing exercises into her sessions. As a Clinical Member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, Dorothy is committed to providing hope and clarity on her clients' therapeutic journeys.
