Cathleen Lynch, LMSW, is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist with over twenty years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, and families through life's challenges and transitions. She has a wealth of expertise in helping clients navigate issues related to trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and adolescent behavioral or emotional difficulties. Her diverse background includes roles as a teacher, probation counselor, and clinical program director for an adolescent residential program, granting her a comprehensive perspective on treatment issues. Cathleen is passionate about cultivating a safe and empowering environment for self-discovery where clients can recognize and build upon their strengths. A certified Clinical Trauma Professional, she has enhanced her skills through training programs, including those by Bert Hellinger in Family Constellation and Gestalt Psychotherapy of Washington D.C. Furthermore, as a certified health coach from the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, she integrates holistic approaches into her practice. Outside of her professional commitments, Cathleen enjoys learning to play the fiddle, kayaking, and gardening, reflecting her diverse interests and vibrant spirit.
