Groceries-to-Go (GTG)

Groceries-to-Go (GTG) is a compassionate food assistance program based in Riverdale, MD, dedicated to delivering free, medically tailored meals to individuals facing life-challenging illnesses. With no income or insurance requirements, GTG ensures that those in need receive nutritious groceries every other week, featuring eight specialized meal plans, including regular, vegetarian, renal, dairy-free, fish-free, diabetic, heart-healthy, and shelf-stable options. Understanding the unique dietary needs of each recipient, Food & Friends allows for the combination of up to three meal plans, providing personalized support and care for our community during challenging times.
