Based in Riverdale, MD, Americans Helping Americans is dedicated to providing essential emergency food assistance, clothing, school supplies, and more to families and children in the Appalachian region. Our mission is to ensure that every Appalachian family has access to the resources they need to thrive, including monthly food packages and hygiene items for improved well-being. In addition, we support community resilience through home repair services and youth enrichment projects, striving to empower those we serve with the tools necessary for a better future.
