Young Parent Support Center (YPSC)

At the Young Parent Support Center (YPSC) in Randallstown, MD, we are dedicated to empowering families and nurturing the healthy development of children. Our mission is to assist young parents on their journey to self-sufficiency and economic independence through a variety of essential services, all offered free of charge. We provide developmental child care aimed at enhancing early literacy and school readiness for children aged zero to four, as well as day and evening adult education programs, including GED preparation that incorporates computer-assisted learning. Additionally, we offer career exploration workshops, job readiness training, and valuable parenting classes, such as the 'Nurturing Program' and 'Parents as Teachers.' Our holistic approach includes home-visiting services, recreational outings, substance abuse prevention classes, and life skills workshops, all designed to foster personal growth and strengthen family bonds.
